The point of paying into an insurance plan is to get coverage when you need it. We want our patients to pay the least amount possible for their visit with us and to not stress about money when it comes to their health.

That's why we have a system in place to check your coverage right away. We will get your basic insurance plan information at the onset of your visit and send this to our office in Guadalajara that works 24/7 with insurance companies to determine patients' coverage.

If you are covered, we will continue with the respective paperwork that your plan requires so that there is no detail left out. Our thoroughness ensures that insurance companies won't contest paying the cost of your medical treatment. 

Though our costs are generally low, we encourage patients ~ to help us help them ~ in getting covered. We try to make this process as smooth and easy as possible for our patients. 😊

Depending on your plan and insurance company, we will either charge the full cost to your insurer directly or you will need to pay out-of-pocket the day of your visit and submit the correct paperwork for reimbursement. If it's the latter, we will help make sure you have all the information you need for this reimbursement.
